Emergency First Aid

Overview:

This course is intended for individuals who need first aid training to meet professional

requirements or for those who wish to acquire knowledge to be able to respond to

emergency situations.

• Preparing to respond

• Check, Call, Cae

• The EMS system

• Airway emergencies

• First Aid for respiratory and cardiac arrest- Recognizing signs of stroke or heart attack

• Breathing and Circulation emergencies

• Basic CPR (Cardiopulmonary resuscitation) techniques

• Emergency scene management

• Controlling bleeding and shock

• Wound care

 

Duration: 1 day basic training providing skills in first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).

Certification: Valid for 3 years

Ideal For: Individuals looking for a one-day essential training
